Snow
While we have been able to avoid the snow most of this winter, we're getting socked today. Most forecasts are calling for snow in the range of 4-8 inches, which is a lot for DC (our 04-05 winter total is 6 inches). Right now, the snow is falling lightly in big flakes, beginning to stick to the grassy areas but predominantly melting on pavement and sidewalks. That will probably change over the next hour or so, and we'll start to see accumulation throughout the day. I sure am looking forward to shovelling tonight.
As annoying as the snow is, on this beautiful morning, I don't really mind. Big changes are coming, and I am really looking forward to it.
